Tax Pack

We pioneered the introduction of Excel based tax packs. These are created automatically from Alphatax in a format designed for distribution to finance professionals who will be entering the accounting data into the tax pack. Because a tax pack is created automatically from the Alphatax schedules, it contains only those schedules and descriptions which are needed to collect the accounting information required to generate the tax computation for the particular company. This helps to clarify and simplify the information being requested.

The end-to-end process of creating tax packs, distributing them (including by e-mail), importing accounting data from the completed packs, and finalising the resulting tax computation is fast, highly efficient, and reduces the risk of errors. Set-up time is minimal and the process saves substantial time compared to collecting data manually. Alphatax controls the entire process with a full audit trail.
